The City provides water, sewer, and trash services to residents within city limits. The City contracts with Republic Services (formerly known as Allied Waste) to provide residential and commercial trash service. Commercial monthly billing includes water and sewer services. Trash services for commercial accounts are billed directly through Republic Services.
To sign up for new service please complete the Utility Services Application and bring to City Hall during regular business hours with your photo ID. Customers must pay a $150.00 deposit and a $10.00 application fee is to establish new service.
When moving out of a property please complete the Utility Services Disconnect Form. It can be dropped off at City Hall during regular business hours, left in the night deposit box, or emailed to [email protected].
Utility bills are mailed the first of each month and are due before the close of the business day (5:00 pm) on the 15th of each month. You can pay your bill by mailing it, dropping it off at City Hall during regular business hours, or use the convenient night deposit box located at the front of the building. You can also pay with a debit or credit card online at http://newbloomfieldmopymt.com or by telephone at 1-800-701-8560.

Bills are considered delinquent if not paid by 5:00 pm on the 15th.
Bills not paid by 5:00 pm on the 25th are assessed a $50.00 penalty fee and are scheduled for disconnect.
To have service restored you must pay the bill in full including the $50.00 penalty fee (regardless of whether or not services were actually turned off). Once payment is received, service will be scheduled to be restored between 8:00AM and 5:00PM. Someone must be at the residence to have service restored.
2022 Monthly Utility Rates: (based on a minimum 2,000 gallons)
Water $24.99 and $6.33 per 1,000 gallons over the minimum base
Sewer $24.99 and $6.33 per 1,000 gallons over the minimum base
Trash Service $17.93
Primacy Water Fee (state fee) .27 cents
Primacy Sewer Fee (state fee) .07 cents
U.V.D.T. (Ultraviolet disinfection) $5.00
TOTAL MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL $73.25 (for the 2,000 gallon minimum base and trash service)
Sewer usage is based on your water consumption. There are no reductions granted on the sewer charges for unusual or seasonal water use such as filling swimming pools or watering gardens.
If payment is made with a check and your check is returned due to insufficient funds, your account will be charged a $35.00 fee and the $50.00 disconnect fee. Services will be discontinued until the account is paid in full.
Tampering with the city meters is a punishable offense and can result in a fine up to $500. This includes turning meters back on that have been turned off due to non-payment.
