The City of New Bloomfield Public Water Supply is seeking customer
assistance with completing a required inventory of water service line
materials. The service line is the drinking water pipe that brings the water
from the water main to your home. Customers who submit this form with complete
information by October 15, 2024, will receive a $20.00 credit automatically
applied to a future utility bill. Application of this credit may take up to
three billing cycles.
We are required to submit a complete inventory to the Missouri
Department of Natural Resources that includes the Customer portion of the
service line and the portion of the service line owned by New Bloomfield.
Customers can identify service lines by the service line leading to your
shut-off valve.
For more information about how to identify your line, please see
the attached instructions for identifying water service line materials.
We ask that you complete the survey and attach a picture of the
service line. Please email digital pictures along with the completed
questionnaire to [email protected] or bring
the completed questionnaire with pictures back to City Hall.
